Background and milestones
2019 · The founding of Høvding Group AS
The company now known as Høvding Group AS was incorporated on 14 October 2019 under its former name and forms the legal foundation of the Group.
2025 · The founding of Høvding Seafood AS
Høvding Seafood AS was incorporated on 27 January 2025 as the operating company for the Group's seafood business.
2025 · Agreements and delivery planning
The Group further developed its commercial agreements, customer dialogue and delivery planning.
2026 · Operations and continued development
The current focus is day-to-day execution and the steady development of existing businesses.
The way forward
The Group will continue to develop its existing businesses step by step. New initiatives will be considered only when ownership, responsibility and a practical path to execution are clear.
