How do I receive my website?
You review a preview before delivery. Depending on our agreement, you receive a downloadable project package with publishing instructions, or we help publish it for you.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes, if an editing solution is included in the agreement. We agree on how content will be updated and who will be responsible.

How do I buy from you?
Scope, price and delivery format are set out in the offer. You approve the offer before we start; changes are agreed as we go.
What should I have ready?
Have your logo, contact details, text and images ready if possible. Tell us which domain, hosting provider or website builder you use, and which features you need.

Can I use my own hosting provider?
Yes. You are responsible for arranging hosting. If you are unsure, we can recommend a provider we consider suitable. We agree on technical requirements before starting.
Can I keep my domain?
Usually, yes. We agree on any domain changes before publishing, taking your existing email setup into account.
Can I import the website into WordPress or another website builder?
Not every system can import a project package directly. Tell us what you use so we can agree on a suitable delivery format and any adaptations.
Are hosting and maintenance included?
The offer states what is included. Hosting, publishing and ongoing maintenance are agreed separately if they are not part of the delivery.
When do I pay?
The price and payment schedule are agreed in the offer before we start.
What about traffic and results?
We build the website and visitor journey. How many people find you, get in touch or buy also depends on your offer, market and marketing. We do not promise specific traffic numbers or sales results.
